Drones: Axon Vision will supply its new ForceField counter-UAS systems to an Israeli defense organization

Axon Vision has received an order worth up to approximately NIS 15 million to supply its AI-powered counter-drone systems to an Israeli defense organization. The deal, announced by the company, follows the recent launch of its ForceField solution and successful live-fire demonstrations.

The order includes an initial component valued at roughly NIS 6 million. Customer options could add another NIS 9 million. Delivery of the systems is scheduled over the next year.

ForceField System Capabilities

ForceField is a compact counter-UAS system designed to protect military units and vehicles. It combines passive electro-optical sensors, embedded Edge AI, and autonomous decision support with a human operator maintaining final control. The system integrates the entire threat response cycle-detection, understanding, and kinetic response-into one package.

It is built to counter fiber-optic-controlled First-Person-View (FPV) drones and other aerial threats that electronic warfare cannot stop. The system can function independently without continuous communication links. It can also be integrated with existing military platforms using standard weapons.

Order Follows Live-Fire Trials

The Israeli defense organization placed the order shortly after ForceField's launch. The decision was informed by a series of comprehensive live-fire trials. These tests demonstrated the system's operational capabilities, including the interception of FPV drone targets and other low-altitude threats.

Neri Zin, CEO of Axon Vision, linked the order to the company's commercial progression. "Receiving this first order shortly after the launch of ForceField is a significant milestone for us," Zin stated. He said it reflects a transition "from development and live-fire validation to initial commercial adoption by defense organizations."

Market Expansion Plans

The company expects the ForceField system to support its expansion in key international defense markets. Zin cited growing demand for solutions that merge artificial intelligence and autonomy to address evolving drone threats. Axon Vision is reportedly advancing additional opportunities with customers and strategic partners in Israel, Europe, and the United States.

The system's design for autonomous operation in complex scenarios is a central selling point. It aims to provide real-time detection, identification, tracking, and support for neutralizing threats without relying on multiple independent systems.
